Seamless approval processes for public funding with Polyteia.
Organizations complete the entire funding application process online, from submission to approval. Case workers review, correct, and forward applications to the responsible reviewers for a decision on the funding. Once an application is approved or rejected, a certificate is generated and sent to the applicant at the push of a button. Additionally, detailed reports on public funding are instantly created for the management.
1. Organizations submit funding applications entirely online using digital forms.
Organizations complete the digital funding application form and submit it. The data is integrated directly into Polyteia, and the application is assigned to the relevant caseworker.
2. Caseworkers review and correct submitted applications in Polyteia.
The caseworker reviews the application and quickly communicates any questions to the applicant by adding comments and sending messages within Polyteia. The applicant can then make necessary corrections directly online.
3. Caseworkers submit completed applications to the responsible reviewers for assessment and approval.
As soon as the application is complete, it is automatically sent to the responsible reviewers. They decide on the application and offer guidance on funding allocation.
4. Caseworkers generate automated certificates and send them to the applicants.
Once the reviewer makes a decision, the caseworker is automatically informed of the approval or rejection and can generate a certificate at the push of a button. The certificate is then available digitally to the applying organization in their Polyteia account.
5. Caseworkers create reports based on the procedural data.
If the management requests reports on approved or rejected funding. The caseworker can access the data easily, prepares the requested report, and shares it with the management — all within the Polyteia platform.
