Onboarding.
Our customer success team guides new users step by step as they get started with the Polyteia platform. Through a guided onboarding session, they explain the platform's structure, key features, and individual use cases – tailored to each user role. This way we ensure a secure and independent use of the platform – from the first login to managing resources.

Ongoing support.
After onboarding, we continue to support users closely. We assist with using the platform, answer technical questions, and coordinate the handover of requests – such as data model creation or the development of integrations – to our implementation team when needed.
Polyteia documentation.
To help users making the most of the platform, we provide comprehensive online documentation. It includes technical details for IT departments and developers as well as step-by-step guides for clerks and managers. All content is structured in a clear and accessible way and is regularly updated.

Training and academy.
To support our users further, we offer a range of learning formats. In live webinars, we provide hands-on knowledge tailored to clerks, IT departments and developers. In addition, all users have access to the Polyteia Academy – our digital learning platform. There, they can explore various courses, such as creating their first SQL queries or learning the basics of data storytelling.
