Berlin-based software company Polyteia and KDO intensify cooperation for the digitalization of Lower Saxony's local authorities

[Berlin, Oldenburg, 10.06.2024] - Kommunale Datenverarbeitung Oldenburg (KDO) and Polyteia, the Berlin-based software company for public administration digitalization, are delighted to intensify their partnership through a framework agreement. The framework agreement provides local authorities with a quick and easy way to purchase Polyteia products via KDO without having to go through complex and lengthy tendering procedures.

With Polyteia's solutions for all administrative areas (e.g. HR or health), public administration employees with and without programming skills can analyze their data, process text documents and create collaborative reports with their colleagues. Through workflows, the automation of work processes is realized. Data connectors (for specialist procedures and databases), upload windows and flexibly customizable data entry masks are available for data integration. As an IT service provider, KDO supports local authorities in Lower Saxony in the digitalization of their internal and external administrative processes.

Faruk Tuncer, founder and CEO of Polyteia, is delighted about the partnership: "The main aim of this partnership is to ensure that all local authorities in Lower Saxony have access to our innovative products without the need to tender. We are convinced that our partnership will help to further improve the efficiency and performance of Lower Saxony's administrations.”

As Lower Saxony's largest municipal IT service provider, our aim is to be able to support our customers at all times with innovative, state-of-the-art products. Polyteia is an ideal partner, as it stands for modern data usage in public administration like hardly any other company and has already proven this in authorities throughout Germany.”
