As part of the FDP's GründerDialog, the panellists discussed the role of start-ups in the digital transformation of the administration.
COO and Managing Director Alexa Möller discussed the role of start-ups in the digital transformation of the administration with Federal Minister of Justice Dr Marco Buschmann and the Head of the Cyber Innovation Hub of the German Armed Forces, Sven Weizenegger.
Berlin, 19 January 2023 - As part of the GründerDialog, the FDP parliamentary group regularly invites representatives from the start-up landscape and the start-up scene to roundtable discussions.
In order for the public sector in Germany to benefit from the innovative power of the German start-up scene, procurement processes must be reformed and the public sector must be made more accessible as a market for start-ups.
There is also a need for a faster shift to cloud technology and SaaS solutions in order to benefit from scalability and flexibility, reduce costs and compensate for staff shortages. Only then will a sustainable digital transformation of the public sector become possible.
With Polyteia's data platform, public administrations in Germany are already benefiting from the scalability and flexibility of these technologies.

About Polyteia
Polyteia is a Berlin-based startup that empowers public administration to make better decisions with a secure and sovereign SaaS data platform. Polyteia's data platform Leto enables the automated integration, transformation and visualisation of data from different source systems in public administration. Leto is accessible through the Solution and Studio product lines.
The Solutions are designed to cover the most common use cases in the public sector for different work areas. If required, individual Solutions can also be designed for public authorities. With the no-code/low-code solution Studio, data is flexibly integrated and processed. Whether with or without programming knowledge, highly individual requirements can thus be implemented without any problems.
Leto is hosted and operated on Deutsche Telekom servers (Open Telekom Cloud) with a German server location (Magdeburg). This is BSI-certified (ISO 27001) and is classified as a "Trusted Cloud" by the BMWK.
