What can I find on the reports overview?

Welcome to the Reports Dashboard, your central hub for managing and navigating through various analytics reports.

Navigating the Reports Dashboard

  1. Search and Filters: At the top of the dashboard, you will find search and filter options. You can search for a report by name or filter reports by status, ownership, or favorites for a tailored view.
  2. Report List: Below the search and filters, the main area lists all reports. Each entry shows the report's name, status (like 'Draft' or 'Published'), owner’s initials, favorite status, the last modification time, and available actions.
  3. Understanding Status: A report’s status indicates its current stage: 'Draft' means it is a work in progress, while 'Published' signifies a report that is complete and viewable.
  4. Owners and Favorites: Next to each report is an shortcut indicating the owner. Reports marked as favorites will have a star icon, making them easily identifiable for quick access.
  5. Last Modified: The 'Last Modified' column tells you when the report was last updated, helping you to track the most recent changes.
  6. Action Buttons: On the far right of each report entry, 'Action' buttons allow you to perform various tasks such as editing, sharing, or deleting a report.
  7. Creating Reports: To create a new report, use the '+ Report' button. This will start a new draft for you to develop.
  8. Bulk Actions: If you need to perform an action on multiple reports at once, use the 'Bulk Selection' feature at the top right. This allows for efficient management of reports.

By navigating through these elements, you can effortlessly manage your reports, stay organized, and keep your data analysis streamlined and impactful.

You can open your report by clicking on the report title. To edit the report, click on the edit button in the top right corner.
